The 10th Annual Miracle House Foundation Golf Tournament presented by Salt River Materials Group will be held on November 21st, 2014 at Talking Stick Golf Club, Scottsdale, AZ. Register today!

• Shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.
• Check-in/registration is from 7:00 to 8:45 a.m.
• 4-person scramble format
• Golf Cart included
• Complimentary Range Balls
• Each player will receive a registration bag
• Continental breakfast will be provided during check-in/registration
• Lunch will be provided after golf
• 2 non-alcohol drink tickets
