The 11th Annual Miracle House Foundation Golf Tournament presented by Salt River Materials Group will be held on Friday, November 20th, 2015 at Talking Stick Golf Club, Scottsdale, AZ. Register today!

• Shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.
• Check-in/registration is from 7:00 to 8:45 a.m.
• 4-person scramble format
• Golf Cart included
• Complimentary Range Balls
• Each player will receive a registration bag
• Continental breakfast will be provided during check-in/registration
• Lunch will be provided after golf
• 2 non-alcohol drink tickets
